What is the refund policy?

Each Story Night event is subject to its own refund policy, which is determined by the respective venue hosting the event. 

For events hosted by Bayyinah: All refund requests must be received 7 days prior to the day of the event by 11:59 CST. If the request was not made prior to this time, you are not eligible for a refund.
